- Casijewelry,INC ships internationally. We use Airmail, UPS, DHL and EMS as our main carriers for all jewelries shipments.
- Airmail - the most economical way for small packages under 1kg. Flat rate to worldwide is $5 for the first 100g, $2 for each added 100g. Delivery time is about 7-20 business days. The service is ideal for ordering samples not requiring fast delivery, but the shipment status cannot be tracked and we don't accept refund by this shipments.However we would use registered air mail(tracking number is available,charge us more not from you) to ship your order considering to your orders value and quantity.
- UPS, DHL and EMS are express services. UPS and DHL provide the fastest and secure delivery. They are able to deliver to most places in the world in 3-5 business days. For example, delivery time to US and Canada is only 2-3 days.
EMS is good a choice if you don't need the items that quickly. Delivery time to US and Europe is about 7 business days. EMS parcels are delivered to you by your local postal services, such as U.S. Postal Service (USPS) in US, Canada Post in Canada, Parcelforce of Royal Mail in UK. - When your parcel is shipped by UPS, DHL or EMS, a tracking number is available and a signature is required when you receive the parcel. Tracking numbers are used by shipping carriers to identify and trace packages shipments as they move through the system to their destination. You can use the tracking number to trace your package at www.ups.com, www.dhl.com, or www.ems.com.cn.
- Shipping fee of express services is calculated by each 500g (1.1 LB) actual parcel weight, not by items net weight. Parcel weight includes items net weight and the weight of shipping box and cushioning materials. The following table summarizes the EMS, DHL and UPS shipping rates:

Example: If a parcel weight of a customer is 1480g and the parcel is shipped by UPS to USA, the total shipping fee would be $30 ($20+$5*2). - If the parcel weight is more than 21kg, you can get great discount on the shipment fee. Please contact us for details.
- All customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the receiver.
- We can provide other shipping options as you request. For example FedEx, TNT, regular air parcel, ocean freight etc. Please contact us for details.

2. Send back the goods
Please make sure that the goods is in its original status and all documents are not lost. No worn
fishing tackle can be returned. we quality control staffs inspect every order before the goods is dispatched.
We strongly advice that you inspect the goods once you've recieved it. The quicker you report the damage,
the sooner and better we can handle it.
Your returned items will be inpsected again by our quality control staffs. if there are damages(only
damages happen in transmit can be excluded), we will have the fishing tackle assessed by our gemologist.
Please note that any fishing tackle returned showing signs of wear, alteration or damage in any way
cannot be accepted and are not returnable.
If the fishing tackle is damaged in transmit or is defective because of our oversight and fault, we will
cover the return shipping charge. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return postage.
3. Refund to you
Returned item must be received within this 30 day period. We will refund you in 24 hour after we
confirm the validity of your return.
